Terms of service

These terms cover what Prime CV does for you, what it costs, and — just as importantly — what it does not promise.

What you get

  • CV writing. You give us the CV you have. Our AI reads it, asks you about what is missing, and rewrites it. The writing is done by software, not by a person — you read the result, change anything you disagree with, and decide when it is finished. You download it as a PDF, with a plain Word copy available if you need one.
  • Job matches. We scan Zimbabwean job boards and match open vacancies against your CV and stated preferences, and show them in your account.

What we do not promise

We cannot get you a job, and we do not promise interviews. We write a strong CV and point you at vacancies you appear to qualify for. Whether an employer replies is entirely their decision. Nobody honest can promise otherwise, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Job listings come from public job boards. We do not verify that a vacancy is genuine, still open, or that the employer is who they say they are. Check before you apply, and never pay anyone a fee to be considered for a job — a legitimate employer does not charge applicants.

We work from what you tell us. If information you give us is wrong, the CV will be wrong, and we are not responsible for the consequences of that.

What we ask of you

  • Give us truthful information. We will not knowingly write a CV that misrepresents you.
  • Get your referees' permission before you list them, and tell us if they withdraw it.
  • Use your account yourself. It is for one person — please do not share the login.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the job lists we produce for you.

Paying

  • Tier 1 is $15 a month: CV writing, and job matches without the application links.
  • Tier 2 is $20 a month: the same, plus the job board and a direct link to each advert.
  • A subscription entitles you to a set number of job-match lists — shown on your Account page — rather than a fixed number of days.
  • Payment is by EcoCash. Message us with your reference and we activate your account by hand, usually the same day.

If we have not delivered what you paid for, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. If you simply change your mind after we have written and released your CV, that work has been done and is not refundable.

Stopping

You can stop at any time — there is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Delete your account from the Account page whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used dishonestly or to abuse the service.
